You enter the property through the hall into the large dining area where there is plenty of room for all 12 guests.

The beautiful slate floor runs throughout the kitchen/diner and living area. Off the dining room is the large and stylish kitchen where you will find a 2 oven RangeMaster, American fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine.

The living room has plenty of seating for the perfect family gathering. There is central heating through the property with the woodburning stove adding that extra comfort during the colder months.  55" LCD TV with Sky ( Movies and Sports).

There are 2 downstairs bedrooms off the living area, these can both be doubles or twins and share a bathroom, with large walk in shower. There is a day bed in bedroom 6 suitable for a child. Both bedrooms have freeview TV's.

A staircase between the dining and living area leads upstairs to four bedrooms, two with en-suites. All have zip and link beds so can be doubles or twin beds. One of these has a day bed for an extra child (bedroom 4). All four bedrooms have freeview TV's.

The games room, although attached, is accessed by going outside just a few yards. Here you have a snooker table, table football, a flat screen TV for gaming console and comfy seating. This also has the slate floor throughout.

Through the games room you access the swimming pool and spa area. The swimming pool is a constant depth for safety, the Steam room is in this area. A large luxury hot tub is located in the garden and covered with a pagoda so it can be used all year round. A wooden barrel sauna is also provided in the back garden.

Outside there is a barbecue set up with table and chairs.
