Lyme Regis is at the heart of the Jurassic Coast.

The ancient Cobb is the harbour and the whole area is very very picturesque at anytime of day and in any weather.

At the end of the Cobb you will find Harry May Boat Trips. Harry has two 24ft traditional wooden tripping boats that are used mainly for one hour mackerel fishing trips. The cost is £9 for adults and £6 for children, all tackle is included and everyone is shown how to catch a mackerel. From these trips thousands of fish have been caught by our visitors for barbecues on the beach and suppers at home.

Every morning weather permitting we leave the harbour at 830am and go deep sea fishing for three hours returning at 1130am. We aim to catch whiting ,pollack, scad,mackerel and sometimes manage black bream, gurnards, thornback skate and conger ells. The cost is £25 pp rod and bait included.

                 Please phone 07974-753287 the previous evening at 7pm to check on seats and the weather, we only go on these three hour trips in good weather.

We operate from the last week in March until the beginning of November.
